Strengths: Good Quality copies Fast
Weakness: Terrible Customer Service Took 8 weeks and 4 printers to get one that would be servicable - still had to replace document feeder 11 by 17 sheets do not fit in drawers without drawers remaining open
This has been my worst printer purchase experience in my life. This was a business purchase so you would think HP would have been interested in providing good service.
We ordered directly from HP. We ended up having to receive 4 brand new printers to get one that was worth repairing to keep. The last one needed a new document feeder. The repair technician was here about 8 times in 8 weeks.
To top it all off, you can not put 11 by 17 paper in the drawers without the drawers staying open 3 inches.
The quality of HP printers has gone way down hill. Their service is outsourced to Costa Rica and they do not care about true customer satisfaction. After all this trouble, I was not even allowed a refund because it took longer than 30 days to repair and after 30 days you can not get your money back. The escalated coorporate service department did not really care if I was satisfied. They never even offered any kind of future purchase discount or rebate.
I have been an HP fan all my life and my last 4 HP purchases have all been very poor experinces from difficult customer service to very poor reliability products. None of my last 4 printers has lasted longer than 1 year!!!!p
