The gentlemen from India was no help at all and when I asked for a supersvisor I was put on hold. Finally the call was dropped after a long wait. First delivery date was extended a few days after the order and when I called to cancel i was told I couldn't as the Item had shipped with yet another delivery date.	Overall Rating

Virtually no paper work..have to go to the web..will not as it does not service a land line..a lot of things that seem to be permanently on it would be great if I was a teenager..went and tried to transfer programs from my computer a dell inspiron and found that nothing is compatable..so the savings weill be spent on new programs..every piece wants to go to the web..found out I can get to the web thanks to Best Buy and 50 bucks..well next is a return..a lot of scmaltz and no heart..after buying my last two computers from dell..no more and no more recomending scmaltzy microjunk..really happy with this purchase. Have ordered several times previously with the last time being 10-29-2011, which I finally ended up talking to a Dell rep to order. System would not recognize me, my address, my password - NOTHING. Why can there not be a record of me and previous orders to expediate the situation? So time consuming & frustrating. Actually this is 2nd attempt in a couple of months; just quit the previous time. Ink seems to be a lot less than previously, maybe 50% less.	Overall Rating

I was never informed there would be a verification process for higher priced items, and I was working when dell called to verify. I had to re-order, which forced the delivery time to start over, and it could only be sent after my cancelled order was refunded and re-debited.	Overall Rating

It does not give you this information. Also, I had a coupon sent to me in the mail and I could not use it.
