Strengths: N4 ultra chipset. Excellant price. Decent software.
Weakness: Not the best benchmarks, not meant for overclocking.
A good solid value. Would have given 4 stars, but first board died after using for a couple of days. However, no problems getting a new one, product comes with a 3 year warranty.

Strengths: Stable, worked out of the box, and has the nForceUltra chip set. Price looked good too. 4 SATA and 4 IDE drives supported, and includes most all cables. Decent software included.
Weakness: The MB is not as versatile as others, like ASUS and DFI. Limited overclocking support, limited use manual, and the web site is not helpful. Not a stellar performer on benchmarks.
An OK MB supporting most of the features of the nForceUltra chipset. Its performance is mediocre on benchmarks, and it includes only minimal overclocking support features. If you are spending this kind of money on an Athlon64 board, spend a little more and get better support (and a more current BIOS) than Foxconn has available. it is ok
Strengths: cheap and work fine
Weakness: dated and you can only plug in old memeory stick like 184pin, can't use any other current memory stick.
the speed of this motherboard is ok and it runs great with my AMD 3800+. One thing you should take care is that it is only for old memorycard like pc2700/3200 with 184pin, you can't plug in any other memory stick such as 200pin or 300pin (pc400 above). It is a little dated, but its speed is quick and works ok.

Life in the Fast Lane:New Boards for the Athlon 64
Winfast's NF4UK8AA also offers four PCI slots, something one does not really expect these days. The board is based on NVIDIA's nForce4 Ultra and so comes with four SATA connections supporting SATA II and Command Queuing. There are also two x1 PCIe slots, two UltraATA/100 channels, a 7.1 sound system based on AC97 standards and a FireWire port.
