HP Pavilion Elite e9120f Leaves a Lot to Be desired
Strengths: X4 AMD processor with 8g of ram, 1 terabyte hard drive, Blueray DVD reader and additional DVD with lightscribe burner.
Weakness: Lock ups all the time. Poor HP support. 23" monitor had problems getting full screen with a HP w2338h monitor, which was traced to video card software issue. System Software is not the best.
Would not buy again. Wrote CEO of HP about all of the problems with this PC and no response from HP management. Had simular no HP support with a HP all-in-one printer where HP didn't honor warrenty and HP management failed to respond to complaints. Bought a Dell system for my son, and it's great with great support when a problem came up. Much better software and system design..
