Weakness: Terrible Customer Service Took 8 weeks and 4 printers to get one that would be servicable - still had to replace document feeder 11 by 17 sheets do not fit in drawers without drawers remaining open
This has been my worst printer purchase experience in my life. This was a business purchase so you would think HP would have been interested in providing good service. We ordered directly from HP.
